US tariffs hit India's solar exports hard

India's solar panel exports took a big hit this quarter, mostly because the US slapped on steep new tariffs.
Shipments dropped from 1,346 MW last quarter to just 883 MW.
The US used to be India's top buyer for these modules in 2024, but that demand has nosedived.
