    Delhi University Entrance Test results released: Here's how to check

    National Testing Agency (NTA) released the results for the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) yesterday at midnight. DUET was conducted from July 6-8 for various courses and the results for the same are now available on the university's official website, du.ac.in. Notably, over 2.22 lakh students, including M.Phil and PhD aspirants had applied for DUET, which was being conducted as a Computer Based Test.

    To check your DUET result, follow these simple steps

    In order to check the results, candidates can follow these simple steps: 1- Visit the official website of the university, du.ac.in/adm2019/ 2- Click on 'Candidate Login for Viewing Individual Result' link under the alerts and notification section. 3- You will be redirected to login page. 4- Use your form number and date of birth to check result. 5- Download it for future reference.

    Rank list and answer key released for four courses

    The university has also released a rank list of all the candidates who have qualified L.L.B., B.Tech, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.A. (Honors) Multimedia and Mass Communication. In order to check the list, one can click on 'Link for viewing Result and Correct Answer Keys' link available on the official website. Answer keys for all the above exams have also been released.

    B.Tech entrance topper, Milind Goyal scores 162 of 380 marks

    Milind Goyal, who scored 162 marks out of 380 marks, topped the university's entrance exam for B.Tech. Meanwhile, Saumya Bhardwaj was ranked number one in the entrance exam for B.A. (Honors) Multimedia and Mass Communication course with 263 marks out of 400.

    81,307 candidates appeared for UG courses, 1,28,699 for PG

    NTA was given the responsibility of conducting the first-ever DUET for over 180 undergraduate and postgraduate courses this year. The two-hours-long test was conducted in three shifts: morning, afternoon and evening, which commenced at 8AM, 12noon and 4PM, respectively. Reportedly, 81,307 candidates gave the exam for undergraduate courses and 1,28,699 and 12,355 candidates appeared for admissions in postgraduate courses and M.Phil/PhD, respectively.

    DU has released its fourth cut-off for undergraduate courses

    Meanwhile, the fourth cut-off list for admissions in merit-based undergraduate courses was released on July 15 by the university and the admissions through the same are underway. The fifth cut-off list will also be released on July 20 depending on the number of vacant seats.
