Alia-Ranbir's ₹250cr revamped Krishna Raj bungalow ready for move-in
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are getting ready to move into their newly revamped Krishna Raj Bungalow in Mumbai's Pali Hill this Diwali (October 2025).
The six-story house, originally built by Raj and Krishna Raj Kapoor and later inherited by Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, now blends classic family heritage with modern touches—think lots of greenery and stylish chandeliers.
The bungalow is named after Ranbir's late grandmother, making it extra special for the family.
Bungalow is set to be registered in Raha's name
Krishna Raj Bungalow is valued at a massive ₹250cr, thanks to its legacy, prime location, and luxe makeover.
It's set to be registered in the name of Alia and Ranbir's daughter, Raha Kapoor, keeping the family tradition alive.
The couple plans to celebrate both Diwali and Raha's third birthday in their new home, marking a new beginning for the Kapoors.
