Bendre and Behl in Maval Pune dispute with Chandrakant Shinde

Sonali Bendre and her husband Goldie Behl are in the middle of a legal fight over a piece of land in Maval, Pune.
A local farmer, Chandrakant Shinde, says the couple ignored his family's longstanding rights to the land and claims Behl bought it illegally.
Bendre denies wrongdoing, Shinde seeks stay
Bendre has denied any wrongdoing, pointing out that her name isn't on any legal papers and suggesting Shinde is just trying to extort them.
Meanwhile, Shinde alleges an attempt was made to build on the disputed land and even threatened his family.
His earlier complaints were dismissed by courts, but he's now asking the court for a stay order.
The next hearing is set for April 20.
