Box office collection: Pawan Kalyan's 'They Call Him OG' crosses ₹140 crore

Entertainment

Pawan Kalyan's new action drama, They Call Him OG, just crossed the ₹140 crore mark in India—making a big splash since its release.
The film pulled in ₹18.5 crore this Sunday alone and got an extra boost from ₹21 crore in paid previews, even though its opening day was much higher at ₹63.75 crore.

'OG' beats Kalyan's previous best

This is now Kalyan's highest-grossing film ever, beating his previous best Hari Hara Veera Mallu (₹87 crore).
There was some chatter comparing it to Adhik Ravichandran's Good Bad Ugly, but director Sujeeth set the record straight: "I released the teaser of OG before he even put pen to paper for Good Bad Ugly."
Set in 1990s Mumbai with Emraan Hashmi as the villain, OG is all about gangsters, betrayal, and high-stakes action.
