Dharma Productions now fully owns its talent agency, DCA

Dharma Productions just took full control of Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA) after buying out Cornerstone's 45% stake.
This means Dharma is now the sole owner and calls all the shots for DCA, which manages big names like Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Tiger Shroff.

What's changing (and what's not)

DCA's business grew to ₹110 crore in FY25 from ₹77 crore last year, though profits dipped a bit to ₹12 crore.
The star roster stays with Dharma for their upcoming projects. This move comes right after Dharma merged its digital arm into the main company—part of a bigger shakeup since Adar Poonawalla bought half of Dharma.
Meanwhile, Cornerstone will keep managing sports celebs like KL Rahul and Sania Mirza on its own.
