Dharma Productions takes full control of DCA talent agency
Dharma Productions just bought out its partner's 45% stake in Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA), making the talent agency fully theirs around December 15.
This friendly split follows a big ₹1,000 crore investment from Adar Poonawalla and the merger of Dharmatic Entertainment into Dharma earlier this year.
Why does this matter?
DCA is on a roll—its revenue jumped to ₹110 crore in FY25 (up from ₹77 crore last year) and it made a neat ₹12 crore profit.
The agency manages some of Bollywood's most popular young stars, like Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Triptii Dimri.
What about Bunty Sajdeh?
Bunty Sajdeh co-founded DCA back in 2020 by merging his own Cornerstone agency with Dharma.
He's known for his celeb connections—he's Rohit Sharma's brother-in-law and related to Seema Sajdeh.
With this new setup, there won't be a direct replacement for him; instead, Dharma will run DCA solo from here on out.
