The blockbuster Bollywood film, Dhurandhar 2, collected ₹21.55 crore on its 16th day (Friday) of release, reported Sacnilk. This is a significant increase from the previous day's (Thursday) collection of ₹18.30 crore. The film's earnings are expected to rise further due to the Good Friday holiday and an extended weekend at theaters. The domestic collections have reached ₹959.37 crore (net).

Dhurandhar 2 has already surpassed the lifetime India collections of several blockbuster films, including KGF: Chapter 2 (₹859.70 crore), RRR (₹782.20 crore), and Kalki 2898 AD (₹646 crore). It is now on track to enter the ₹1,000 crore mark in India and has collected ₹1,523.58 crore globally so far. The India gross collections are at ₹1,148.58 crore.

Dhurandhar 2 is a sequel to the 2025 hit Dhurandhar, which was released last December. The film explores how Hamza Ali Mazari/Jaskirat Singh Rangi infiltrates a Baloch gang in Lyrari, Pakistan, to dismantle a terror outfit. The sequel delves into the backstory of how Jaskirat turns into Hamza due to his circumstances. It stars Ranveer Singh, Sara Arjun, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, and Danish Pandor, among others. The franchise is helmed by Aditya Dhar.
