While it was supposed to be shot in Mumbai, the team had to switch plans due to bad weather and ended up recreating Lyari's streets in Thailand instead.

Set designers from India and Thailand went all out—think old Pakistani movie posters, Urdu newspapers, and carefully weathered walls to make everything look lived-in.
They even removed any hints of Thailand so viewers would feel like they're actually walking through Karachi.
