'Home Improvement' actor Zachery Ty Bryan arrested again for probation violation
Zachery Ty Bryan, who played Brad on "Home Improvement," was arrested in Eugene, Oregon on November 29 for violating probation tied to a previous domestic violence case.
This is his sixth arrest in five years.
What happened and where things stand
Bryan and his fiancee, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, were driving together with their three kids near a campsite. After Bryan left their truck, Cartwright allegedly tried to run him over by crashing into a ditch.
No one was injured. Both showed signs of impairment. Bryan was held without bail but released December 10; he denies violating probation and has a hearing set for December 15.
Cartwright faces assault and DUI charges, while their kids are now staying with family.
