Director-cum-producer Karan Johar is soon going to make an appearance on television show TED Talks India: Nayi Soch, which is hosted by Shah Rukh Khan.
In the show, he will read out a letter addressed to his twins, Yash and Roohi, reports reveal.
Here's what Karan has written for his toddlers, who were born through surrogacy.
In the letter, Karan wrote, "As you grow up, people will try to label you according to colour, looks, religion, popularity, and money. People will gossip about you, but know that no one can label you. Just because you are different, it doesn't make you wrong."
Karan Johar's twins were born via surrogacy in February this year.
'TED Talks India' follows the format of the original 'TED Talks': people who have made a difference are invited to share their motivational experiences with the audience.
Talking about the program, SRK had said, "People will share stories about changes in society, in life...and all of this will be integrated."
"TED Talks India gives me a platform to just be me," he further said.
