Last week, on Karan's 46th birthday, Manish had shared a picture with the filmmaker on his Instagram account to wish him on his special day.
A user by the name Harpreet Kaur wrote, "You guys are the cutest couple."
The tongues were set wagging after Manish liked the particular comment.
