'Not a copy of 'Fan': Ram on 'Andhra King Taluka'

Ram Pothineni wants everyone to know his new film Andhra King Taluka isn't a remake or copy of Shah Rukh Khan's Fan.
In an interaction with host Sreemukhi and his co-star Bhagyashri Borse, he explained that while the tagline "biopic of a fan" sparked comparisons, this movie is all about showing the genuine, positive bond between fans and their idols—no revenge plots here.

Plot of 'Andhra King Taluka'

Directed by Mahesh Babu Pachigolla and also starring Nimma Upendra and Bhagyashri Borse, Andhra King Taluka follows Pothineni as a die-hard fan whose favorite star doesn't even know he exists.
The film celebrates pure admiration and hits theaters on November 28.
