Sagar's health complications and hospital admission
Sagar was admitted to the emergency ward of AIIMS Bhubaneswar three days before his death, according to Zoom. He was put on life support, but there was no significant improvement in his condition. Srikant Behera of AIIMS Bhubaneswar confirmed the news of his death, stating that despite intensive, advanced treatment from a team of specialist doctors, Sagar did not respond to care and passed away at 9:08pm on Monday, November 17, 2025.
