Sara Ali Khan talks about her biggest Christmas gift(s)
It's Christmas and we all have our wish list ready for Santa Claus (we all believe in him secretly). But Sara Ali Khan doesn't have any unfulfilled wishes this year. She believes that Santa has already been extremely kind to her. Talking about the same, she said, "This year, Santa came twice for me in the form of Kedarnath and Simmba".
Notably, Sara made her debut with Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. Based on the 2013 Uttarakhand floods, Kedarnath was well received by the audience and had a great run at the box office. Her performance as Mukku, was appreciated by audience and critics alike. She has proved that she is here to stay.
After her grand debut with Kedarnath, Sara is gearing up for her next release, Simmba. Starring Ranveer Singh in the lead, she is all praises for this Rohit Shetty directorial. "It is a Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh film. You are going to expect flying cars and all that is there but there is also a larger social message," she quipped.
Undoubtedly, it has been an eventful year for Sara and Christmas could have been a perfect time for her to relax. However, she clarified that this festive season would be all about work as she is busy promoting Simmba. Talking about her Christmas plans, Sara said, "I think, this year, I will just have dinner with family, if I finish work on time".
Meanwhile, there was a lot of buzz about Sara's third movie. It was reported that she had been roped in for Tiger Shroff's Baaghi 3. The reports had suggested that she would be replacing Disha Patani in the movie. However, Sara cleared the air and denied being approached for Baaghi 3. During Simmba promotions, she said, "No, these rumors are not true."
