Saturn Awards 2026: 'Avatar' dominates, Tom Cruise takes Best Actor
The 53rd Saturn Awards just went down in Los Angeles, shining a spotlight on the best in sci-fi, fantasy, and horror.
James Cameron's Avatar: Fire and Ash stole the show with top wins for Best Science Fiction Film and Best Director.
Tom Cruise also grabbed Best Actor for Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning, proving he's still got it.
Other big winners of the night
It was a big night for other fan-favorites too: Ryan Coogler's Sinners won Best Thriller, Frankenstein snagged Best Horror Film, and Zootopia 2 claimed Best Animated Film.
On the TV side, Pluribus was named Best New Genre Series with Rhea Seehorn winning Best Actress. Plus, Andor took home Best Sci-Fi Series while It: Welcome to Derry scored for horror TV.
