Singapore police have finished investigating the sudden death of singer Zubeen Garg, confirming there was no foul play.
Garg was found unresponsive in the water near Lazarus Island on September 19, 2025, and couldn't be revived despite efforts from the crew and paramedics.
Coroner rules Garg's drowning Assam arrests
Toxicology reports showed high alcohol levels in Garg's system, and the coroner confirmed accidental drowning as the cause of death.
While Singapore authorities have closed their case, Assam police are still looking into an alleged murder angle, with seven arrests made so far and a fast-track court now handling the case.
