Actor and entrepreneur Karenjit Kaur Vohra, popularly known as Sunny Leone, has recently purchased an office space in Oshiwara, Mumbai. The property is located in Veer Signature, a commercial project by Veer Group. As per property registration documents accessed by Square Yards, the deal was worth ₹8cr. The office space covers a carpet area of 176.98 sqm (nearly 1,904.91 sqft) and a built-up area of 194.67 sqm (nearly 2,095 sqft).

Leone's property deal also includes three car parking spaces. The deal, registered in February 2025, saw a stamp duty payment of ₹35.01L and registration charges of ₹30,000. The office space was bought from Aishwarya Property and Estates, owned by Anand Kamalnayan Pandit and Roopa Anand Pandit. Notably, other Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kartik Aaryan, and Sara Ali Khan also own properties in the same building.
