Vijay Sethupathi's 'Kaattaan' teaser promises a gripping narrative
Vijay Sethupathi is back in the spotlight with Kaattaan, his new series dropping soon on JioHotstar.
The teaser, revealed at the JioHotstar South Unbound event on December 9, shows Sethupathi in an intense festival scene holding a sickle and saying, "Shivettan sent me."
Directed by M Manikandan and featuring Milind Soman, the show hints at plenty of drama.
Sethupathi steps up as producer and web star
This time, Sethupathi isn't just acting—he's also producing Kaattaan, showing he's all-in on this project.
It reunites him with director Manikandan after their collaborations on Kadaisi Vivasayi and Aandavan Kattalai.
Originally called Muthu Engira Kaatan, the series continues his move into web content after Farzi.
Plus, he's got more projects lined up, including Train with Mysskin and Arasan with Vetri Maaran and Silambarasan TR.
