Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi recently made a bold statement about the future of superstar Shah Rukh Khan. In an interview with Pinkvilla, he speculated that by 2050, people might not even know who Khan is. "Twenty-fifty mein log bolenge kaun Shah Rukh Khan, shayad (In 2050, people might ask who is Shah Rukh Khan)," he said.

Oberoi further elaborated on his views about the fleeting nature of fame. "After a while, one is just reduced to a footnote in history." He added, "Like people today might ask, 'Who is Raj Kapoor?' You and I call him the god of cinema but if you ask any youngster who is a fan of Ranbir Kapoor...they might not even know who Raj Kapoor was."
