Its movement through crowded spots like Kashmiri Gate and Red Fort raised police suspicion and prompted an investigation.

Police have registered a case under UAPA, Explosives Act

Because of the car's sketchy movements and unofficial sales (including a Faridabad dealer), Kotwali Police have booked a case using tough laws like the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Explosive Substances Act.
