The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has recorded several areas witnessing single-digit minimum temperatures. This sudden drop marks the most intense winter spell of the season so far. In Mumbai, residents woke up to the coldest November morning in 11 years, with minimum temperatures dipping to 16.2°C at the Santacruz observatory, five degrees below normal levels.

Nashik also witnessed a dip in temperatures, with minimums falling to 9.7°C and relative humidity at 72%. Similarly, Malegaon recorded a sharp drop with minimum temperatures hitting 9.4°C and humidity levels at 80%.

Ahilyanagar also witnessed a significant dip, with temperatures falling to 8.5°C and relative humidity at 75%.
