DGCA steps in after IndiGo faces major disruptions

IndiGo's been having a rough patch with flight disruptions lately, so the aviation regulator DGCA sent a special team to the airline's HQ to figure out what went wrong.
Set up by Director General Faiz Ahmed Kidwai, the panel is digging into what caused these recent hiccups and what caused these recent hiccups.

What's under review?

The DGCA team is checking out IndiGo's staffing, scheduling systems, and how well they're following rules about pilot work hours and rest.
Their goal: get to the bottom of these issues and help IndiGo avoid future problems so passengers aren't left stranded again.
