Five dead, 3 injured in Doddaballapura road mishap

On Tuesday morning near Doddaballapura, a group of friends from Karenahalli were on their way to a temple when their cab crashed while overtaking a lorry on the Makali highway.
The driver lost control and the vehicle rolled multiple times, leading to five deaths and leaving three others seriously hurt.

Police have filed a case

Four people died instantly at the scene, while another passed away later in the hospital. The injured are still getting treatment.
Police have filed a case for rash and negligent driving as they look into how the risky overtake led to this heartbreaking accident.
