IndiGo's Kerala flights hit by days of delays and cancelations

India

IndiGo flights in Kerala have been running into trouble for three days straight, with cancelations and delays affecting all four airports in the state, including Thiruvananthapuram Airport.
Two inbound flights to Thiruvananthapuram from Pune and Bengaluru were canceled, and six more got delayed.
What started as a software issue has now grown into a bigger problem—even causing departures to stop at Delhi Airport until 3pm on Friday, December 5.

How IndiGo is handling it

IndiGo has apologized to travelers and says they're working to fix things quickly. They're asking everyone to check flight updates online before heading out.
Meanwhile, Thiruvananthapuram airport has added more seats and staff to help stranded passengers.
The airline promises they're doing their best to get schedules back on track soon, while keeping everyone posted on any changes.
