Kashmir men detained over blast near Red Fort Metro station

India

Police have detained three people from Kashmir following a blast near Delhi's Red Fort Metro Station on Monday evening that left eight people dead and several injured.
The explosion involved a Hyundai i20, and investigators are looking into possible links to Pulwama.

Who are the men

The men—Tariq Ahmad, Amir Rashid, and Umar Rashid—are under scrutiny mainly because of how the car changed hands. Amir bought it, then sold it to Tariq, who later passed it to Umar.
Dr. Umar U Nabi, believed to be the suicide bomber and originally from Pulwama but living in Faridabad, owned the car at the time of the blast.
His family members are also being questioned in connection with the blast.
