Kashmir schools to reopen tomorrow after week-long protest shutdown
After a week of closures due to protests over reports of the killing of Iranian leader Ayatollah Khamenei, all educational institutions in the Kashmir Valley will reopen on Monday, March 9, 2026.
The shutdown, meant as a safety measure, paused classes just after winter break had ended for many students.
