PM Modi launches Kalachakra empowerment ceremony in Bhutan

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Kalachakra Empowerment ceremony at Thimphu's Changlimithang Stadium, joined by Bhutan's King and former King.
The event, part of the Global Peace Prayer Festival, was presided over by His Holiness the Je Khenpo.
