Rajasthan: Fatehpur, Nagaur record sub-10degC temperatures

Rajasthan just had a pretty chilly night, with nighttime temperatures falling well below the usual for this time of year.
Fatehpur in Sikar district hit the lowest at 6.8°C on Monday, and Nagaur wasn't far behind at 6.9°C, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

Jaipur also felt the cold snap

It wasn't just a one-off—many districts felt the cold snap.
Dausa dropped to 8.7°C, Alwar and Dungarpur hovered around 9°C, and Churu dipped to 9.6°C.
Even Jaipur felt it, with temperatures sliding down to 13.4°C.
Other places like Sikar, Bhilwara, and Tonk also saw their minimums fall between 11-12°C—a clear sign winter is settling in early across Rajasthan!
