Relationship coach Gigi accuses husband Mario of domestic violence

Gigi Mario, a well-known relationship coach and co-founder of the Philokalia Foundation in Kerala, has accused her husband Mario Joseph of assaulting her at their home on October 25.
She says he hit her with a set-top box, bit her hand, pulled her hair during a discussion, and broke her ₹70K mobile phone.
The couple is recognized for offering family counseling and spiritual sessions together.

FIR includes charges for causing hurt, property damage

After the incident, Gigi filed a police complaint on November 1. The FIR includes charges under BNS sections for causing hurt, wrongful restraint, and property damage.
The couple has been living apart for nine months due to work disagreements.
As of now, Mario is reportedly absconding while police continue their investigation into the case.
