Uber driver arrested for allegedly raping unconscious passenger in Kentucky

A 61-year-old Uber driver, Clifford E. Partin, has been arrested in Kentucky for allegedly raping a passenger who was too intoxicated to drive herself home after a party.
Police say the victim lost consciousness soon after getting into the car, and Partin allegedly drove her to a secluded parking lot where the assault took place.

Digital evidence backs up victim's report

After waking up in the parking lot, the victim insisted on being taken home and later went to authorities for help.
Investigators are relying on her account along with digital evidence—Uber GPS records and surveillance footage show Partin's car parked at the scene for about 25 minutes.
He's currently being held on a $100,000 bond as the investigation continues.
