RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav's son Tej is in a fresh controversy. BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi has alleged the state health minister had illegally acquired a petrol pump with fake land deal documents.
"Tej Pratap did not have 43 decimal of land on New Bypass Road in 2011 when he had appeared for an interview before the (Bharat Petroleum) petrol pump," he said.

The land was allotted to Tej's brother Tejashwi Prasad Yadav in January 2012, Modi alleged, adding he cannot rent out the plot under the land deed.
"How can Tej Pratap be allotted a petrol pump when he had neither the land nor the lease in his name?" he asked, alleging involvement of oil company officials.
RJD, in response, said Modi is trying to mislead people.

This New Year, Tej, who has described himself as the "descendant of Lord Krishna", dressed up as the god and ruffled a few feathers.
Last year, pictures of him with Shahabuddin's sharpshooter surfaced.
