Anthropic launches Claude computer use on Windows for automating tasks

Anthropic just dropped its Claude computer use feature for Windows after launching it on Mac a few days ago.
Now, if you're using Claude Cowork or Claude Code, the AI can open apps, debug code, and handle other tasks for you, making things a lot more efficient and hands-free.
Claude Pro and Max gain access
If you're a Claude Pro or Max subscriber, you can access this feature through Claude Cowork and Claude Code after downloading the app; no extra setup needed.
It even works with Dispatch so you can manage tasks from your phone.
For security, you'll need to approve access each session (and can cancel any time).
Good news: Anthropic says no one was over-charged and suggests the Sonnet 4.6 model if you want to keep things efficient.
