ASUS ZenFone Max M2 receives a price cut in India
In a bid to boost its sales, ASUS has reduced the prices of its budget-range ZenFone Max M2 in India by upto Rs. 1,000. With this price revision, the handset is now available at a starting price of Rs. 7,999. The budget-range handset comes with HD+ notched display, dual rear cameras, physical fingerprint scanner, and mid-level internals. Here are the finer details.

With the latest price cut, the ASUS ZenFone Max M2 is now available at Rs. 7,999 (previous price: Rs. 8,499) for the entry-level 3GB/32GB model, while the top variant with 4GB/64GB configuration is retailing at Rs. 9,499 (previous price: Rs. 10,499) on Flipkart.

Up front, the ASUS ZenFone Max M2 sports a wide notched display with a noticeable bottom bezel. On the backside, the metallic panel houses dual cameras and a physical fingerprint scanner. Further, the phone features a 6.26-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and 269ppi pixel density.

The ASUS ZenFone Max M2 features a dual rear camera setup comprising a 13MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor. Up front, the phone sports an 8MP selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture. Furthermore, the rear camera supports 4K video recording at 30fps, while the selfie camera can record 1080p videos at 30fps.

The ASUS ZenFone Max M2 is powered by a Snapdragon 632 processor, paired with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage (expandable upto 2TB).
