The program, dubbed "Optimize by Equinox," will provide members with personal training, sleep coaching, nutrition plans, and 100 lab tests from Function Health. This initiative is part of the growing longevity industry's effort to use advanced technology in the fight against aging.

A look at Function Health's lab tests
Function Health, established in 2023, aims to help its members "live 100 healthy years." The firm offers over 100 lab tests that assess heart, kidney, liver, and thyroid health, along with other factors such as nutrients and stress levels. Mark Hyman, co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Function Health, stated that the combination of Equinox's expertise with their comprehensive lab test methodology is "unlocking a level of health and fitness that surpasses even what top doctors and biohackers can access."

The membership package includes personalized health programs
The $40,000 membership package includes three weekly personal training sessions, and two monthly consultations with nutritionists. Function Health's tests will be used to design personalized health programs for members. The program will initially be up for grabs at Equinox's E Club locations in New York City and Highland Park, Texas later this month. Expansion plans to other locations are currently in progress.
