    What's the story

In a bid to bolster the sales of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, Google has launched a new referral program on Flipkart.

The program, which has been dubbed Pixel PowerUp, allows existing Nexus or Pixels users to refer their friends/family to avail a discount of Rs. 7,000 on the two devices.

The discount would be given over any other active offer.

    Details follow.

    Offer details

    How to get additional discount?

If you have any friends with Pixel or Nexus devices, just ask them to open the Flipkart and click on the banner highlighting the 'PowerUp' referral offer.

From there, they'll have to enter their email ID to receive a unique code and purchase link from the store.

This code can then be used by you to make the purchase and avail the instant discount.

    Information

The referrer will get Rs. 2,000 e-gift voucher

When the unique code is used by the referee to purchase either Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL, the referrer who generated the code will get an e-gift voucher worth Rs. 2,000 in his Flipkart account.

    Deadline

However, it is important to note the deadline

The discount of Rs. 7,000 would be applicable above any other Flipkart offer running on the phones, but it is important to note that it comes with a deadline.

Basically, the referrer can generate a code until December 20, while the last date of using it is December 24.

After that, the code won't work on the website to avail the discount.

    Prices

Current prices of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL

Currently, Flipkart is running Big Shopping Days sale and offering all Pixel 3 models at a discount Rs. 4,500.

The 64GB and 128GB variants of Pixel 3 are selling at Rs. 66,500 and Rs. 75,500 respectively, while the bigger Pixel 3 XL is shipping at Rs. 78,500 for 64GB and 87,500 for 128GB.

Plus, you can also avail additional 10% via HDFC credit/debit cards.
