Google releases June 2026 Pixel update for phones and tablets
Technology
Google just dropped its June 2026 update for Pixel phones and tablets, aiming to squash some long-standing bugs.
This patch (vCP2A.260605.012) follows Android 17 and the June Drop, bringing smoother graphics, better camera stability, and improved charging.
Pixel update fixes display camera charging
Say goodbye to that annoying white flickering dot on the Pixel 10 series, plus no more freezing when you plug into an external display on your Pixel 8, Pixel Fold, or Pixel Tablet.
The update also tackles camera crashes on newer Pixels and sorts out a slow wireless charging issue. While the slow wireless charging issue lingers from May, this rollout should make your device feel a lot more reliable.
Keep an eye out: Google's sending it out gradually!
