Nokia 6.2, with triple rear cameras, to launch tomorrow
Nokia 6.2, the mid-range smartphone which was unveiled globally at the IFA 2019, will be launched in India tomorrow i.e. October 11. In fact, an official Amazon listing revealed that the handset would arrive on the aforementioned date. The key highlights of the phone include its premium all-glass design, triple rear cameras, stock Android UI, and mid-level internals.
Nokia 6.2: At a glance
The Nokia 6.2 comes with an all-glass body featuring a waterdrop notched design and a prominent bottom bezel. On the rear, the glossy panel houses a circular triple camera module and a physical fingerprint sensor. Further, the phone sports a 6.3-inch LCD display with full-HD+ (1080x2280 pixels) resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
What's the camera like on Nokia 6.2?
The Nokia 6.2 houses a circular triple rear camera module which comprises a 16MP (f/1.8) primary lens, 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 5MP depth sensor. For the selfie lovers, there is an 8MP (f/2.0) front-facing snapper housed in the notch. Also, the main camera supports 4K video recording at 30fps, while the selfie camera can record 1080p videos at 30fps.

The Nokia 6.2 is powered by a Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor, paired with upto 4GB RAM and upto 128GB of storage. The phone runs stock Android Pie as part of Android One program and packs a 3,500mAh battery with 10W fast-charging support. In addition, it offers all latest connectivity options including dual-SIMs (Nano), dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, Type-C port, and a headphone jack.
And, what will be the pricing?
There is no word on the India pricing of Nokia 6.2 as of now. Notably, it starts at EUR 199 (approximately Rs. 15,800) in European markets. Hence, we expect it to arrive at a similar price point in India. Once launched, it will go up against rivals like Realme XT, Samsung Galaxy M30s, and OPPO A9 2020.
