Nothing set to ship 1st AI native device December 2026
Nothing, the tech brand led by Carl Pei, is set to begin shipping its first-ever AI-native device in December 2026.
Unlike typical gadgets, this one skips the screen and cannot just be replaced by an app: it is built from the ground up for AI.
Pei teased that it is a fresh take on what AI hardware can look like.
Nothing's device saves and organizes ideas
The new device is all about making it easier to save and organize those random thoughts or ideas you get during conversations: think meetings or casual chats.
While exact features are still under wraps, Pei said the goal is to use AI to boost productivity without interrupting your flow.
He also called out how the tech world gets stuck chasing one-size-fits-all AI gadgets, saying it is time for more practical tools that actually fit into real life.
