Oura's new stress tracking can warn you about burnout

Oura just dropped Cumulative Stress, a feature that checks your burnout risk by analyzing a month's worth of your sleep, heart rate, sleep micromotions, temperature, activity impact, and activity data.
Validated against trusted stress and burnout scales, it aims to spot signs of chronic stress before things get out of hand.

Cumulative stress gives a bigger picture

Unlike Oura's Daytime Stress, which looks at how stressed you are right now, Cumulative Stress gives you a bigger picture—helping you catch fatigue or burnout building up over weeks.
There's also a new Stress Management dashboard so you can actually see your stress patterns over time.

Cycle insights and blood pressure profile

Cycle Insights now tracks fertility and menstrual health for up to a year (instead of just a month), and you get cycle predictions after just one night's sleep.
Oura's also starting a Blood Pressure Profile study, aiming to spot early signs of high blood pressure with passive tracking.

A unique approach to stress tracking

Oura's month-long, multi-metric approach is unique—most wearables focus on daily stress or blood pressure only.
