Samsung Galaxy S10 color option leaked; ceramic edition also tipped
Samsung's tenth anniversary Galaxy S10 series, expected to launch on February 20, will be offered in as many as five color options, according to SamMobile. The publication claims that the premium S10 and S10+ models will be available in four color variants whereas the affordable S10 Lite will come in five color options. Here's everything we know about Galaxy S10 series.
According to SamMobile, the S10 and S10+ will come in black, white, yellow and green color options whereas the S10 Lite will be offered in yellow, white, black, green, and blue. The report also notes that "some or all of these may be gradient colors" and that Samsung could "launch new color options a few months after the Galaxy S10 debut".
SamMobile claims that Samsung will also launch a ceramic edition of Galaxy S10 which will come in black and white colors. Moreover, the publication notes that this ceramic finish may be exclusive to the top-end S10 model with 5G support, 12GB RAM and six cameras
The Galaxy S10 and S10+ variants will feature 6.1-inch and 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O displays with curved edges, QHD+ resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio, respectively. The S10 Lite will feature a flat 6.1-inch Infinity-O display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio, QHD resolution and a rear-mounted or in-display fingerprint scanner (optical). In comparison, the premium S10 and S10+ models will pack an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Galaxy S10 and S10+ variants will sport a triple rear-camera setup - something we've heard previously as well. However, up front, the larger model will sport a dual-camera layout housed in a pill-shaped display hole whereas the standard S10 will get a single selfie snapper. Further, the S10 Lite variant will pack a dual rear-camera setup and a single front camera.
Samsung's upcoming flagships will be powered by the latest mobile chipsets available. Hence, depending on markets, all Galaxy S10 models should come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 or Exynos 9810. Moreover, the S10 series will also debut the recently announced Android Pie-based One UI. Lastly, Gizmodo UK claims S10 will offer Powershare - a reverse wireless charging feature (similar to Huawei Mate 20 Pro).
The Galaxy S10 Lite will come with 128GB storage and cost £669 (Rs. 60,710). The S10 will be offered in 128GB and 512GB storage options at £799 (Rs. 75,510) and £999 (Rs. 90,655), respectively. The S10+ will arrive in 128GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options and they will retail at £899 (Rs. 81,580), £1,099 (Rs. 99,730), and £1,399 (Rs. 1,26,956), respectively.
The S10 series will be unveiled at a Samsung Unpacked event on February 20 - just five days ahead of the Mobile World Congress 2019 event. Moreover, all variants will be available for pre-orders after the event and will go on sale starting March 8.
