Spotify launches track reactions for collaborative playlists with 6 emojis
Spotify just dropped a new feature called Track Reactions for collaborative playlists.
Now, you and your friends can react to songs with six different emojis, and everyone in the group will see these reactions right next to each track.
Plus, eligible users will get a Spotify messaging notification when connected users react to tracks added by other collaborators, so it's easier than ever to keep up with everyone's vibe.
Playlist owners can toggle reactions
Playlist owners can turn Track Reactions on or off in Settings, so you're not stuck with it if it's not your thing.
The feature works for groups of fewer than 10 people and is open to anyone 16 or older, whether you're on Free or Premium.
Spotify is rolling this out gradually in select markets soon, hoping these reactions make sharing music even more fun without changing how playlists work.
