Viture unveils Helix safety glasses with NVIDIA AI at AWE
Viture just revealed its new Helix safety glasses at AWE 2026, designed for people working in labs, clinics, and industrial settings.
These glasses use NVIDIA's XR AI and a built-in 12MP camera with four microphones to stream what you see and offer instant analysis or coaching while you work.
Developed alongside researchers from Stanford and Princeton, Helix aims to make tricky tasks easier: think of it as having an expert quietly guiding you through your workflow.
Helix fully standalone, $600 early 2027
Helix glasses are fully standalone (no phone or laptop needed), run for over an hour per charge, and support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.3.
They will launch in early 2027 for $600, with reservations available now.
Viture also showed off smart glasses for the Nintendo Switch 2 and a new wearable spatial neckband, so they are definitely making moves in both work tech and fun gadgets this year.
