    Xiaomi Mi A3 now available in India via open sale
  • Xiaomi's Mi A3, which has been available only via flash sales, can now be purchased through an open sale.

    The handset is now up for grabs via Mi.com, Mi Home Stores, and Amazon India.

    To recall, the Mi A3 is an Android One-based variant of Mi CC9e and went official in the country last month.

  • The Mi A3, as a rebranded version of the Mi CC9e, offers a waterdrop notched display with an all-glass body and gradient design on the rear.

    It features a 6.08-inch AMOLED display with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels, a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

    For secure unlocking, the phone also gets an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor.

  • The Mi A3 sports a triple-lens rear camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/1.8) main sensor, 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. On the front, it has a 32MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper.

    The main camera also supports 4K video recording at 30fps, while the front-facing camera can record 1080p videos at 30fps.

  • The Xiaomi Mi A3 is backed by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, coupled with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of expandable storage.

    Under the hood, it runs on stock Android Pie and packs a 4,030mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging.

    Lastly, the handset offers all the latest connectivity options including 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/c, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, USB Type-C, and a headphone jack.

  • In India, the Mi A3 costs cost Rs. 12,999 for the 4GB/64GB variant and Rs. 15,999 for 6GB/128GB model. On Amazon, buyers can avail no-cost EMI options, exchange discount, double data and unlimited calling from Airtel, and 5% cashback on HDFC Bank debit cards.

    On Mi.com, there is Mi Exchange discount and double data and unlimited calling benefits for Airtel subscribers.
