    Harry Kane dazzled for Tottenham as they beat Everton 5-0 in a crucial Premier League encounter. Spurs' massive win helps them push for a top-four PL finish. This was a sound victory over a poor Everton side under Frank Lampard. Meanwhile, Kane bagged a brace as he went on to achieve a pile of feats, including going past Thierry Henry's Premier League scoring record.

    Five-star Spurs thrash Everton

    Everton defender Michael Keane scored an own goal in the 14th minute before keeper Jordan Pickford was at fault for Son Heung-min's second. Defender Matt Doherty set Kane free for the third - eight minutes before half-time. Sergio Reguilon scored with his first touch at the far post seconds after the restart. Kane added the fifth after 55 minutes with a left-footed volley.

    Having played 270 Premier League games, Kane has netted 176 goals. He has a record of 0.65 goals per match in the competition. His tally included 25 penalties and one free kick. Out of his 999 shots, 442 have been on target. He has hit the woodwork 34 times. Kane has also made 37 assists, besides creating 59 chances.

    Kane has achieved these feats

    Kane has played 25 PL matches this season, scoring 10 goals. He has three assists as well. For the eighth successive season, Kane has now scored 10-plus goals in a PL season. Kane has 20 goals in all competitions for Spurs this season. He has netted 20-plus goals in eight successive seasons for Tottenham.
