IPL- Delhi defeat Pune in a last ball thriller

Delhi Daredevils' bowlers stopped Rising Pune Supergiant from chasing 168 runs to win the 52nd match of 2017 Indian Premier League. Manoj Tiwary remained the highest run-scorer for Pune with 60 runs. He put on a 51-run partnership with Ben Stokes after Pune's openers departed early. Dhoni's run out in the 18th over was a turning out in Pune's chase.

Pune look to seal play-off spot as they meet Delhi

Third ranked Rising Pune Supergiant will be motivated to grab two points to confirm their play-off seat as they meet Delhi Daredevils. Pune have won last four matches and will be rejuvenated after a four-day break. On the other hand, Delhi had put on a phenomenal performance in their last encounter against Gujarat Lions to win the match by two wickets.

Delhi manage to score 168 after top order tumbles

Delhi Daredevils put 168 runs on the scoreboard after Karun Nair scored 64 runs for them. Their innings was anchored by Nair and Rishabh Pant, who put on a partnership of 74 runs for the third wicket. Pant scored 36 runs off 22 balls. Pune's amazing bowling and fielding helped them to stop Delhi from posting a big total.

100th IPL wicket for Zaheer Khan

Delhi skipper Zaheer Khan picked up his 100th wicket of the Indian Premier League as he bowled out Ajinkya Rahane on the very first ball of the second innings. He has taken 101 wickets from 99 games.
