Tewatia made his IPL debut in 2014 for RR. He joined Kings XI Punjab (now PBKS) in 2017. Delhi Daredevils, now known as Delhi Capitals, signed Tewatia in the 2018 IPL auction. The star all-rounder returned to RR after a trade from Delhi ahead of IPL 2020. Tewatia, who now plays for GT, also has 32 wickets with his wrist-spin at 34.71.
