#GamingBytes: Marvel's Spider-Man gets new DLC and suits on PS4
The much anticipated Marvel's Spider-Man will be available on PlayStation4 from September 7. The developers, Insomniac Games announced yesterday, that players would get a new downloadable content or DLC soon after. The DLC, titled 'The City That Never Sleeps' will be episodic and have three parts. These are 'The Heist', 'Turf Wars' and 'Silver Lining'. Read to know more.
No rest for the wicked, or for heroes
The first part, 'The Heist', comes out on October 23. Players will realize in the main game that Black Cat or Felicia Hardy is back in town. She toys with Spider-Man and gives him clues. However, she will reveal herself in 'The Heist'. Notably, this chapter will include new missions and challenges, apart from three additional Spider-Man suits and a new faction of enemies.
A whole lot of enemies
The second and third parts- 'Turf Wars' and 'Silver Lining' will release in November and December respectively. Not much is known about them, but 'Silver Lining' could refer to Silver Sable, a villain confirmed for the main story.
Let us talk money
The DLC pack can be purchased together at $24.99. Players will gain access to the chapters, as and when, they release. Alternately, they can buy each chapter at $9.99. Gamers, who are ordering the Digital Deluxe Edition, have nothing to worry about. The DLC pack will be included in it beforehand. They just have to fork over $79.99 at the time of purchase.
Not all fans are happy with the DLC release
I am kinda not feeling good about this. I will happily pay 60 for your game. Might buy deluxe edition to support you. But now feeling like 60is not a full new game and I’m not getting the full new game experience.— Alessiz_Ski52 (@ericmadnest) August 28, 2018
