India, South Africa, and Australia have the joint-most successive wins in the T20 World Cup. In 2024, India won eight consecutive matches to win the tournament unbeaten. Their streak is yet to be broken. SA won eight matches in the same edition before losing the final to India. And Australia's eight wins on the bounce came between 2022 and 2024.

England and India jointly occupy the second spot on this elite list. Between 2010 and 2012, the Englishmen won seven successive matches, including their maiden title (2010). They beat Australia in the final. Meanwhile, India won seven successive matches between 2012 and 2014. Five of those wins came in the 2014 T20 World Cup, with Sri Lanka ending this streak in the final.
