Prince Harry could eventually lose his royal title, just like his uncle, King Charles's brother, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor (previously Prince Andrew). This comes as British MP Rachael Maskell has reintroduced the Removal of Titles Bill. The bill would give King Charles and his heir Prince William the power to remove hereditary titles. A palace source told Page Six they "would not be surprised" if Harry were the first to lose his title if this bill gets passed.

The same source also said they wouldn't be surprised if William, through a formal process, decided to strip Harry of his title. "He's not a vindictive person, but he feels very let down," the source added. The brothers haven't spoken in over two years, with insiders saying William was furious over Harry's 2023 memoir Spare. Royal historian Hugo Vickers has said their estrangement is so deep that William may not invite Harry to his coronation.

Recently, King Charles stripped Andrew of his princely titles after days of discreet coordination with palace officials and government advisers. The decision was formalized through royal warrants issued by the King to Lord Chancellor David Lammy. Andrew continues to be embroiled in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, facing accusations from Virginia Giuffre. Settling out of court with Giuffre in 2022, he has not been charged or convicted of any crime, but Giuffre's new book has resurfaced Andrew's ties with Epstein.
